Last Friday the Blue Sky Studios summer interns took the train into New York City to find inspiration at legendary New York City Museums.
They started their day at the Museum of Modern Art and later made their way to the Metropolitan Museum of Art (Met).

This week, the Blue Sky Studios directors and development team ventured into Manhattan for three days of intensive story study with the world-famous Robert McKee!

Last week the animation, design and art departments met with a professional swordsman to learn the tricks of the trade for one of Blue Sky's upcoming films.
We can't wait to see how the reference translates to the silver screen!
